Do you offer a return policy for grooming products?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used grooming tools or opened liquids.
Are the products sold online the same as those used in your barbershops?
Absolutely. We sell the exact professional-grade pomades, beard oils, and hair care products that our barbers use daily to ensure you get that 'fresh from the shop' look at home.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use a Tommy Gun's gift card for online purchases?
